Cat Miller has been with R+A since 2012. As Director of Operations she is responsible for all aspects of office management, as well as for human resources, information and office systems, and overseeing the administrative staff.
She is also on the Management Committee and facilitates new business and hiring processes. Cat was formerly the Director of Marketing and Community Relations at Lark Theater in New York and has worked as a freelance director/assistant director both on- and off- Broadway. Broadway credits as assistant director include Fish In the Dark by Larry David, Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck, and The Motherf**ker with the Hat by Stephen Adly Guirgis. She has also worked as a guest artist/adjunct faculty at Bard College, Ramapo College, NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and Fairfield University. She is the recipient of a Drama League fall fellowship, a finalist for the Edes Foundation Prize for emerging artists; a former directing resident at Playwrights Horizons; and a member of Lincoln Center Directors Lab. Cat holds an MFA from Northwestern University and a BA from Oberlin College.
