Racheal provides support in the development of communications and media relations campaigns for a range of cultural organizations across the United States.
Racheal brings a range of experience in the international art world, having previously worked with galleries, art fairs, auction houses and museums. She held positions in the Islamic Art and Carpet Department at Christie’s King Street in London, as well as the Director’s office and the Communications team at the national Science Museum in the United Kingdom. While at the Science Museum, she managed press campaigns for exhibitions and events, including a Magnum photography show and a project with Professor Stephen Hawking. Racheal has also worked for London arts PR agencies Pelham Communications and Scott & Co, coordinating campaigns for clients such as Skarstedt, YARAT and de Pury and delivering coverage for projects including the opening of a new contemporary art space in Azerbaijan, a joint online auction between Christie’s and Simon de Pury, a collateral project at the Venice Biennale, and an exhibition by Russian artist Erik Bulatov in Mayfair, London.
Prior to joining Resnicow and Associates, Rachael worked as a Press Officer across three sites at the Imperial War Museum in London and was responsible for delivering national and international coverage for photography and contemporary art exhibitions.
She holds a Master’s degree in Art History from Christie’s Education in London, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from McDaniel College.
